- Day 2 — Mughal gardens Shalimar and Nishat, old-city heritage walk, handicraft co-op no forced purchase.
- Day 3 — Full day Gulmarg meadow and gondola Phase One, snow activities paid locally.
- Day 4 — Leisure on lake or Pahalgam day if Gulmarg deferred by weather.
- Day 5 — Breakfast, transfer to airport early flights with packed breakfast if needed.
